Your First Visit

The first visit to our office is complimentary. There will be an oral examination of the patient at this appointment to determine the appropriate timing of orthodontic treatment. The doctor will then recommend that complete diagnostic records be taken. There will be a fee for the diagnostic records and the subsequent consultation. These would include photos of the patient’s face and teeth, x-rays and study models. After the doctor has evaluated the records, we will discuss the treatment in detail including the cost. Sometimes, with early tooth development, the doctor may recommend that we see the patient for complimentary observation visits periodically until the timing is right for orthodontic treatment.

Regular Appointments

Generally, when starting orthodontic treatment, at least one long appointment is necessary. Then there will be regular appointments at intervals of 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments, which generally are 15 minutes long. We make every effort to be on time for our patients. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately.
